Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an effective treatment for insomnia that can help you overcome the underlying cause of your sleep problems. Using CBT-I you will learn how to modify certain thoughts and behaviours that are contributing to your insomnia so you can reach your goal of a better night’s sleep. CBT-I has been shown to be beneficial for nearly anyone with sleep problems, without any known long-term negative side-effects.
